Traci M. Comstock founded Comstock Law Office in 1991. However she began her legal career in California several years earlier, gaining experience with a premier business litigation and transactional firm, Bunker, Byrum & Kimball. Ms. Comstock returned to her native home of Nebraska and launched her own firm in 1991.
Ms. Comstock graduated from Ashland-Greenwood High School in 1981. She graduated with honors and Phi Beta Kappa (honorary society whose members are invited based high grades) from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in three years to make her one of the youngest members of her law student class. She graduated from the University of Nebraska College of Law in 1987, and thereafter practiced law in the State of California for several years before returning to the Midwest to start her own firm.
Ms. Comstock is a member of the State Bar of California, the Nebraska State Bar Association, Iowa State Bar Association and the South Dakota Bar Association. She is also a founding member of the Nebraska Women's Bar Association. Ms. Comstock was also honored for her work, obtaining systemic relief affecting Nebraska court employees, in 1999 by The Impact Fund (Comstock an Honoree Award Recipient, held at the City Club in San Francisco).
Personally, Ms. Comstock is married and has one daughter. Ms. Comstock's family enjoys the outdoors, reading, their dogs and horses.
